Gloucester Business Park - Application To Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by David Lloyd Clubs Limited to the Licensing Authority of Tewkesbury Borough Council (www.tewkesburybc.gov.uk) to vary the Premises Licence for the David Lloyd at Delta Way, Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth, Gloucester, GL3 4AA.
The application includes the following terms:
1. To approve changes to the premises as per the drawings deposited with the Licensing Authority principally including expansion of the licensed area to the spa and spa garden, slight extension of licensed external terrace/pool areas and changes to the club room and adjoining areas as further particularised in the application.
Any responsible authority or other person who wishes to make representations in relation to the application must make them in writing to, Licensing Department, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT, where the licensing register and application record may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours.
Representations in relation to the application from responsible authorities or other persons must be made no later than 11 August 2025
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
