LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Luís Eduardo Simão do Nascimento has applied to Sefton Council for a Premises Licence for the following premises: Hashi Sushi Ltd 13 Litherland Road, Bootle, L20 3BY
The application is for the following licensable activities:
• The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
Proposed licensable hours:
• Monday to Sunday - 12:00 to 22:00
Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at: Licensing Unit, Sefton Council, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ

Representations must be received no later than 7th August 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
