What is proposed?

Mrs S Tanveer has applied for a premises licence at 170-172 Bolton Rd, Blackburn BB2 4HL for alcohol sales (consumption off the premises) 0800-2300 hrs daily. Any person/responsible authority may make written representations on this application by 8/8/25 to Licensing, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Rd Industrial Estate, Blackburn BB1 2LX, or by email to licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk. The full application can be viewed at the above offices (by prior appointment made on 01254 267666) weekdays 10am–4pm or on the Council’s website – www.blackburn.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
