What is proposed?

Notice of Application to the City of York (on 15 July 2025) for the Grant of a Premises Licence by HATSU ONE LTD in respect of HATSU, 71 Low Petergate, York YO1 7HY to allow the (on/off) Sale by Retail of Alcohol l200-2300hrs Monday to Sunday.
Representations to the application by any responsible authority or any other person must be made in writing to: City of York, Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York Y010 3DS, where the application can be viewed by prior appointment with the Licensing Section between 08.30-17.00hrs Monday to Friday (tel 01904 552422). Representations must be received on or before 12 August 2025. They can also be made by emailing licensing@york.gov.uk. Further information regarding representations -see www.york.gov.uk/Licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in conn-ection with an application for the grant of a premises licence. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
