What is proposed?

Application for a new premises licence under the licensing act 2003 

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Jacqueline Loftus for a new premises licence in respect of Floralands at Lambley Limited, Catfoot Lane, Lambley NG4 4QL. 

The application is to: Sell alcohol for both consumption on the premises and for off sales. Opening hours of the premises are:- Monday to Saturday 10:00 until 17:00 Sunday 10:00 until 16:00.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Section (contact details below) no later than 13th August 2025 to Gedling Borough Council. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
