What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that Mono Malo Ltd has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough
Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Unit E2 Olive Lane, Highfield
Springs, Rotherham S60 5BL. The application seeks consent to allow, on every day of the
week, the:
Sale of alcohol between 11am and 10.30pm;
Live music between 12 noon and 10.45pm; and
Recorded music between 9am and 11pm.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
