Grindleton Pavilion, Sawley Road - Change to Premises Licence
What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Grindleton Recreation Ground Charity, hereby give notice that we have applied to vary the premises licence in respect of Grindleton Pavilion, Sawley Road, Grindleton BB7 4QS. The application is:
1. To submit a new licensing plan to increase the licenced area to include the football field which lies to the east of the Pavilion, land lying to the north of that and the car park area lying to the south of the Pavilion.
2. To add the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises on New Year’s Eve 0830hrs until 0000hrs
3. To add the hours premises are open to the public on New Year’s Eve 0800hrs until 0100hrs

Any Responsible Authority or Other Person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer (Alcohol & Entertainment), Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe BB7 2RA or by email to
no later than Tuesday 12 August 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
