Application has been made by Longbow Bars &
Restaurants Limited to the Licensing Authority of
Derbyshire Dales District Council to vary the Premises
Licence for the Maynard Arms at Main Road, Nether
Padley, Grindleford, Derbyshire, S32 2HE. The application
includes the following terms:
1. To permit use of external bar and licence external areas
for sale of alcohol as per the drawing deposited with the
Licensing Authority. Sale of alcohol will take place no later
than 21:00 from the external servery.

Representations can be made in writing at any time up to
and including 11 August 2025 (representations must contain
full name and address of person making representation and
a contact telephone number). Representations can be posted
to: Licensing Manager, Licensing Section, Derbyshire
Dales District Council, Town Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire,

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
