What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is given that Rebecca Hughes-French has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Bloom, 44 High Street, Maltby, Rotherham S66 8LA. The application seeks consent to allow the sale of alcohol from 11am to 6pm on Sunday to Wednesday; to 8pm on Thursday and to 9pm on Friday & Saturday.

It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to

licensing@rotherham.gov.uk


The last date for the receipt of representations is 13th August 2025.

Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s website,

www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing



It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
