Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that NFH Restaurants Ltd has
applied to Portsmouth City Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as
Wendy's, 144 Commercial Road, Portsmouth, PO1 1EX.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The
Provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until
03:00 on Thursdays to Saturdays. The Opening Hours of
the Premises are from 07:00 until 23:00 Sundays to
Wednesday and from 07:00 until 03:00 Thursdays to
Saturdays.

timings. Any representations regarding the above-
mentioned application must be received in writing by
Licensing Manager, Licensing Service, Civic Offices,
Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, PO1 2AL or via email
no later than 14th
August 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The
register of Portsmouth City Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council’s website -
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a
false statement be made.
