Mr A Hoque has applied for a premises licence at STC House, Speke Hall Road, Liverpool L24 9HD to sell alcohol (for consumption off the premises) 24 hours a day, and provide late night refreshment 2300 to 0500 hours daily. The application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Liverpool Council, Cunard Buildings, Water St, L3 1AH Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or at www.liverpool.gov.uk/LAR. Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority by 13/8/25.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
