What is proposed?

CIVIC GOVERNMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT, 1982 PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE

South Ayrshire Council, as Licensing Authority has received an application under Section 41 of the above Act for a Public Entertainment Licence in respect of the site detailed below:-

Applicant Registered Office: South Ayrshire Council, County Buildings, Wellington Square, Ayr KA7 1DR.

Entertainment Applied for: The International Ayr Show Festival of Flight (Aircraft displays and family entertainment).

Location: The Low Green, Pavilion Road, Ayr KA7 1EQ and the Lawn at Place De Saint Germain En Laye.

Duration: Friday 5th and Saturday 6th September 2025.

Hours applied for: September 5th 16:00–21:30, September 6th 12:00–19:30.

OBJECTIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS in relation to this application may be made to the undernoted address and must be received by 19th August 2025

They must also:- (a) be in writing; (b) specify the grounds of objection or nature of the representation; (c) specify the name and address of the person making them; and (d) be signed by that person or on his/her behalf.
