YORK CITY COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Food Warehouse, Unit 2, Clifton Moor Centre, YO30 4XU.
Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the York City Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 00:00 - 23:59.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Monday 11th August 2025 to the Licensing Section, York City Council, Eco Depot, Hazel Court, York, YOI0 3DS. Alternatively representations may be made by email to: licensing@york.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly, or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
