What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003: Full Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Punk Royale London LTD has applied to the City of Westminster on 2025- 07-14 to vary the premises licence for ADDRESS 6 Sackville Street, W1S 3DD, London.

The proposed variation is to vary the licence in respect of the hours between 10:00 - 01:00 daily / to include the provision of regulated entertainment between 10:00 - 01:00 daily / to include the provision of late night refreshment 10:00 - 01:00 daily / to include the sale by retail of alcohol between 10:00 - 01:00 daily.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 28th of August 2025 (28 days the day after the application is received by the licensing department) stating the grounds for making said representation to:

Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
