NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: Pizzaholic, 288 Chillingham Road, Newcastle NE6 5LQ Notice is given that Ilhan Ozcan applied to Newcastle City Council on 15th July 2025 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: -To extend the finish time for licensed activities permitted under this licence to 05:00 hours daily. To show opening hours from 11:00 to 05:00 daily. N.B. The extended times relate to deliveries only. The premises will continue to be closed to the public from 03:00 hours.. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be received by 13th August 2025 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
