We, First Golf Operations (Hampshire) Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied on 25 June 2025 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as:

Skylark Golf and Country Club, Skylark Meadows, Whiteley, PO15 6TJ

The effect of the variation is to: Amend the Current Plan to include the Pro Golf Building within the Licensable Area

Amend the start time of the Sale by Retail as detailed below: Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises

Current Times Proposed Times

Monday to Thursday 1100 to 0000 0900 to 0000

Friday and Saturday 1100 to 0100 0900 to 0100

Sunday 1100 to 2330 0900 to 2330

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 11 August 2025; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council’s website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
