Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Court De Padel Norwich Limited has applied to Norwich City Council on 14/07/2025 for a new premises licence for 5 Whiffler Road, Norwich, NR3 2AG.

he proposed application is to permit the provision of recorded music, live music and sale by retail of alcohol Monday–Sunday 07:00–01:00 (following day) and late night refreshment Monday–Sunday 23:00–01:00 (following day) on such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.

Representations about this application should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Norwich City Council, City Hall, St Peters Street, Norwich, NR2 1NH licensing@norwich.gov.uk

Representations must be received by 11/08/2025. The application may be viewed between the hours of 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, in the Register held at the above offices by appointment or on the Norwich City Council website.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine that is unlimited.
