What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: New Grant of Premises Licence 

Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited applied to Liverpool City Council on 15 July 2025 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Wingstop, 11 Montrose Way, Liverpool, L13 1AE for the provision of: (1) retail sale of alcohol: Sun-Thurs 11:00 to midnight, 11:00 to 2:00 Fri-Sat (2) late night refreshment: Sun-Thurs 23:00 to midnight, 23:00 to 2:00 Fri-Sat (3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it either through the QR Code below or - liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.

Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than 12 August 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
