What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES Restaurant Freyja, Close House Estate, Heddon-on-Wall, Newcastle NE15 0HT Notice is given that EDDA HOSPITALITY LIMITED applied to Northumberland County Council on 16th July 2025 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities: - Films, live and recorded music and supply of alcohol from 10:00 to 02:00 hrs daily. Late night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00 hrs daily. Seasonal variations and non-standard timings apply as set out in the application. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3JP. 

Representations must be received by 13th August 2025 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.northumberland.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
