What is proposed?

Section 17 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: Plumbing By Design LTD Have Applied to: Cornwall Council for a New Premises Licence for: The Gentlemen’s Lounge, Unit 11 Woods Browning, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL31 1DQ Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (11:00-21:00). 

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 12 August 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Cornwall Council, Licensing, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY OR email: licensing@cornwall.gov. uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.cornwall.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
