Notice is hereby given that We, Happy & Marti Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Seaton Supply Stores, 7 Seaton Lane, Seaham SR7 0JL for a Variation of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 06:00 – 22:00 Off Sales Only.
The full application can be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 07th
