APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by P Velu to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Sunrise Express which is situated at : 365 High Street Lincoln LN5 7RN
The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows: Sale of Alcohol The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 14th August 2025.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
