PUNCH TAVERNS LIMITED Is applying for a Full Variation of a Premises License at: MISSING BAR, 43 Bromsgrove Street, Southside, Birmingham, B5 6NU

If granted the License will allow: 1.EXTENSION OF LICENSING PLAN. 2.CONDITIONS IN RELATION TO OUTSIDE TERRACE ON FIRST FLOOR TO BE ADDED.

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e., by midnight on Thursday 14th August 2025. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
