What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2023 

An application for a premises licence has been made by Mr Bhasker Gurung for the premises know as Dunga restaurant 6 union street aldershot GU11 1EG.

The application seeks to: 

1. To permit the sale of alcohol between 10 am and 11pm Sunday to Thursday and 10am to 00:00 hrs on Friday and Saturday. 

2. To provide late night refreshments between 8am to 11 pm Sunday to Thursday and 8am to 00.00hrs on Friday and Saturday. 

3. To provide recorded music between 8am to 11 pm Sunday to Thursday and between 8am to 00.00hrs on Friday and Saturday.

A record of the application on the licensing register may be inspected at the offices of the licences authority c /o Rushmoor borough council, council offices, Farnborough road, Farnborough, GU14 7JU, Tel 01252398855, www.rushmoor.gov.uk.

Responsible authorities and other interested parties may make representing about the application to the licensing authority no later than 15 August 2025.

All representation must be in writting. It is an offence to knowling or recklessly make a false statement in connection with application; maximum fine which is unlimited.
