What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 

Name of Applicant: PNA Retail Limited 

Address of Premises: 389-391 Hollinwood Avenue, Manchester, M40 0JQ 

Description of the proposed variation: 

1) Change the name of the shop 

2) Change the telephone number of the shop and 

3) Change the alcohol trading times at the shop - which is 0700 to 2300 from Monday to Sunday and 0830 to 2230 on Christmas days.

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than the 08th August 2025. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
