APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

LICENSING ACT 2003 

NOTICE is hereby given that we, Four Pints Collective Limited have applied on 18th July 2025 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Goat, 1-7 High Street, Nantwich, CW5 5AW for a premises licence to provide the following licensable activities: Recorded Music & Supply of Alcohol - Sunday - Thursday - 10:00 - 00:00, Friday - Saturday - 10:00 - 02:00 Late Night Refreshment - Sunday - Thursday - 23:00 - 00:00, Friday - Saturday - 23:00 - 02:00

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 15th August 2025. The Licensing Section Cheshire East Council C/O Delamere House Delamere Street Crewe CW1 2LL Or by e-mail to: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
