NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Shepherd Neame Ltd have applied to Swale Borough Council for a Full Variation to the Premises licence for The Market Inn, 42 East Street, Faversham, Kent, ME13 8AT.

The application comprises: Inclusion of the garden in the licensed area.
Mobile bar to operate in the garden (as and when required) serving
between 10.00 – 22.30hrs.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Swale Borough Council, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, ME10 3HT or by e-mail to licensing@swale.gov.uk


Any Representations must be received by Tuesday 19th August 2025. A public register of applications is also available for viewing by contacting Swale Borough Council. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence.

The maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000
