What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

TRESCO COMMUNITY CENTRE, TRESCO, ISLES OF SCILLY TR24 0PW 

We, Tresco Community Centre Committee have applied to the Council of the Isles of Scilly for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the above premises. The licensable activities proposed to be carried on the premises are as follows : SALE OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION AT EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, ON THE PREMISES AND ADJOINING FIELD/PATIO AREA.

The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the Town Hall between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 24th August 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
