Hillhead Farm, Uffculme - Application For A New Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE
Timothy Webb and Juliette Jones do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at Hillhead Farm, Uffculme EX15 3EP in the County of Devon and known as Hillhead Farm Bed & Breakfast.
The application is to enable the serving of alcoholic beverages to guests of the Bed & Breakfast business.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below).
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: https://www.middevon.gov.uk/business/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
