What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Ruiqiang Bao has applied to Bristol City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for NiHow Asian Supermarket, 6 Baldwin Street, Bristol BS1 1SA.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 10:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday.

A record of the application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Bristol City Council, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG, during normal office hours or online via www.bristol.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to make a representation must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 15 August 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of up to £5,000.
