What is proposed?

To whom it may concern:
We, The Ship Hotel Crediton Ltd, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for variation of Premises Licence MDV PR0412 at 132, High Street, Crediton, EX17 3LQ known as The Ship Hotel.

The application is to: We currently open at 9am for breakfast and brunches Friday and Saturday, 10am on Sundays and 11am Monday to Thursday but do not serve alcohol until Midday. We are not of a mind to serve alcohol indiscriminately daily from 9am but would like to extend the licence so that we had the option to offer alcohol with brunch or breakfast if we felt appropriate and without the need to apply for a TENs. The variation is to simply give us the option, and to close up the possibility of customers wanting to order a pint at 11.50am etc and needing to wait until Midday.
