Take notice that I Jennifer Jane Harmes Of 28 Pegwell Avenue, Ramsgate, Kent CT11 0NL Address of premises – Vincent’s, The Sports Pavillion, Spencer Square, Ramsgate CT11 9LD.

Have applied to Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as Vincent’s under the above Act. A copy of the application may be inspected online at https://www.thanet.gov.uk/info-pages/applications-received-under-the-2003-licensing-act/.

The licensable activities will be the sale of alcohol on the premises Monday to Saturday 12:00 – 20:00 Sunday 12:00 – 17:00. Any representation in respect of the application should be made using the form on the website that can be found at the link above before 18/08/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
