Any interested party or responsible authority can make a representation in respect of the application by submitting a comment on the licensing register or send it in writing to Licensing, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent CT20 2QY.

The representation must be received by 5pm on the 13. August 2025.

This notice remains in force from and including the day after the giving of this notice to the Licensing Authority, namely 17. July 2025 for 28 consecutive days. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
