What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Incipio Group Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Islington to vary the Premises Licence for The 411, Ground Floor of the Angel Building, 403-411 St John Street, London, EC1V 4AD.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol, late night refreshment, live and recorded music and films on Friday and Saturday from 0800 until 0200.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Islington, Islington Town Hall, 222 Upper Street, Islington, London, N1 1XR.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 6th August 2025 (www.islington.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
