NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Camden for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at 152-156 Kentish Town Road, Kentish Town, London, NW1 9QB. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation at any time up to and including 11 August 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Administrator, Licensing Team, Camden Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.camden.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at the following address, Camden Town Hall, 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
