APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Ibrahim Akar has applied for the variation of a Premises Licence for Food Factory at 34 Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 3DA.
The application is to seek approval of revised Plan, to amend the opening hours from 09:00 to 08:00, to allow for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and to add additional conditions to the premises licence.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to the Responsible Licensing Authority at the address stated to be received no later than 7th August 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
