What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

Applicant: Mr Robert Hickson & Mr Richard Hickson 

Premises: Hickson's- 21 High Street, Bassingham, Lincoln, LN5 9JZ 

North Kesteven District Council hereby gives notice of an application made to them to vary the Premises Licence for the above premises. 

The proposed variation(s) is/are as follows: - The applicant wishes to amend the timings for alcohol sales at the premises to the below: Monday to Saturday- 07:00 to 22:00 Sunday 07:00 to 19:00 

Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF from 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 4:00pm Friday, and online at www.n-kesteven.gov.uk/business/licensing 

All representations made by any persons or Responsible Authorities to the Licensing Authority must be in writing. 

The last date for representations to be received by us is 4th August 2025. 

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. 

Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
