Notice is hereby given that an application was made to
SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL
for a premises licence under the above Act on 9th July

UNITED KINGDOM Opening hours MON - SAT
11.00am - 7.00pm & SUN 11.00am - 5.00pm
Proposed licensable activities: OPEN A XMAS BAR
SERVING TRADITIONAL XMAS DRINKS & SNACKS
Proposed days and hours of licensable activities: MON -
SAT 11.00am - 7.00pm & SUN 11.00am - 5.00pm

SOLIHULL, B91 3RG. Any person wishing to make
representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing,
stating the nature and grounds for making such
representations to the Licensing Officer at the above
address within 28 days of this notice –this being 09/07/2025

application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of
such an offence is £5000
