What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF
THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to
SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH
COUNCIL for an application of a premises licence
under the above Act on the 09th July 2025.
Applicant: Solihull BID of High Street, Mill Lane &
Mell Square, Solihull Town Centre.
Proposed licensable activities: Live Music, Recorded
Music, Performance of Dance & Supply of
alcohol. Proposed days and times of licensable
activities: All Solihull BID events, maximum 25
days per year. 11.00am - 23.00pm.
The postal address where the register is kept and the
application may be inspected is: Solihull Metropolitan
Borough Council, Licensing Team, The Core, Theatre
Square, Homer Road,Solihull B91 3RG Any person
wishing to make representations on this matter shall
give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds
for making such representations to the Licensing Team
at the above address or by email to
licensing@solihull.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of
this notice by the 6th August 2025.
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement on or in connection with an application and
the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an
offence is £5000.
