SECTION 17 LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE: AN APPLICATION TO GRANT PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Mr Amarjit Singh Basra has applied to Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE for a Premises Licence.
Proposed Licensing Activities are for sale of alcohol at the "El Bocado" Restaurant, 22 Viaduct Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1TS for hours from: 11:00am to 23:00 hrs - Monday to Sunday Inclusive.
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any persons must be made in writing to Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE or by emailing Licensing@Chelmsford.gov.uk by 7th August 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
The full application can be arranged for viewing with the licensing department upon request.
