What is proposed?

Notice of application for a variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that We, Hickory’s (ROS) Limited have applied to Telford & Wrekin Council on 04th July 2025 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Hickory’s Smokehouse (formerly known as the Priorslee), Priorslee Avenue, Priorslee, Telford, Shropshire,TF2 9SW.


The application is to vary: The licensing layout plan for conversion of existing trade area to a Hickory’s Smokehouse. For full details please refer to proposed plan.
To add the exhibition of films: Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 02:00 as per timings of other existing licensable activities.To vary Annex 2 condition to: Children under the age of 16 will be required to be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times, unless within the designated children’s zones.

Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 01st August 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing,Telford & Wrekin Council, Lawn Central,Telford,TF3 4JA or by email to

The Licensing Authority must receiverepresentations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
