NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is given that Helen Clayton has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for the Wigtox Lounge, 33 South Street, Rotherham S62 5RF. The application seeks to allow: Sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment until 11pm on Sunday to Thursday and to 12.30am on Friday & Saturday and Late night refreshment to 12.30am on Friday & Saturday
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE
or emailed to

licensing@rotherham.gov.uk

.
The last date for the receipt of representations is 7th August 2025.
Any person wishing to view the application may do so by visiting the Council’s website,

www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing



It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
