Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an
application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
vary the Premises Licence for the Moon Under Water, 6
High Street, Boston, PE21 8SH. The application seeks to
amend and include additional conditions within Annex 2 of
the premises licence as detailed in the application form.
There are no other changes to the premises licence. Any
representations regarding the above mentioned application
must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Boston
Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, West Street,
Boston, PE21 8QR or by e-mail to

licensing@boston.gov.uk

no later than Friday, 1st August
2025 stating the grounds for the representation. The register
and the record of this application may be inspected at the
Boston Borough Council office at the address given above
during normal business hours, or on the council’s website

www.boston.gov.uk.


It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
