NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of West Lindsey District Council for a
Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Gallamore Lane,
Market Rasen, LN8 3HZ. The proposed licensable activity
is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the
premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices
of: Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council,
Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
DN21 2NA during normal office hours (by appointment
only).
Written representations can be made to the Licensing Team,
West Lindsey District Council at the above address at any
time up to and including 11th August 2025.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
