Notice of application to Buckinghamshire Council for the
grant of a premises licence by Iuliana Florentina Ghica in
respect of Muntenia’s Restaurant, 31 – 33 Kingsbury,
Aylesbury HP20 2JA to allow the Sale by Retail of Alcohol
1200-0000hrs Sunday to Thursday, 1200-0200hrs Friday &
Saturday, Regulated Entertainment (Live & Recorded
Music) & Late-Night Refreshment 2300-0000hrs Sunday
to Thursday, 2300-0200hrs Friday & Saturday. Full details
of this application and the proposed activities may be
viewed during normal office hours at the Council Offices
of Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street, Aylesbury,
HP20 1UA or at the Buckinghamshire Council website.

Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF.
Your representation must be received by 4 August 2025 and
should clearly states the grounds upon which the
representations are made. It is an offence for anyone
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with a licence application. The fine for which a
person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
