Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Hall and Woodhouse Limited has applied to Fareham Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as Osborne View, 67 Hill Head Road, Fareham PO14 3JR.

The application is for the grant of a new licence to replace the existing and to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 07:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Thursday and until 01:00 on Friday and Saturday, late night refreshment for a further 30 minutes daily and regulated entertainment (films, live and recorded music) until midnight daily. Extended hours will apply on New Year's Eve.

Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham PO16 7AZ (or licensingofficers@fareham.gov.uk) no later than 5th August 2025. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Fareham Borough Council at the above address (or http://www.fareham.gov.uk/).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
