Notice is given that an application has been made to Derby City Council in respect of the premises shown below. Details of the application may be requested by emailing licensing@derby.gov.uk, by prior appointment or in writing to The Licensing Team Derby City Council 
The Council House Corporation Street Derby DE1 2FS.

Any party (including your ward councillor) or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address before the date shown. If the representation is to be made in the form of a petition then contact the licensing team for further advice.

Details of the application: To extend the terminal hour for all licensable activities on Fridays and Saturdays from 02:00 to 04:00. The application also includes a comprehensive review of the existing licence conditions to enhance clarity, remove duplication with other statutory requirements, and ensure all conditions are current, proportionate, and enforceable.
