Notice of Application to Wigan Council

An application for a Variation of an Existing Premises Licence has been made by THE LITTLE GREEN PLATTER COMPANY LTD for the premises known as / situated at
THE LITTLE GREEN PLATTER COMPANY LTD,
43 CHURCH STREET, WIGAN WN5 8TG
The application seeks to:
1. Amend Supply of Alcohol to ON and OFF the Premises
2. Extend Licensable Area (Extend to First Floor – Already Licensed for Ground Floor)
3. Extend Licensable Hours to the following:
 Live Music (Indoors):
Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 23:30
 Recorded Music (Indoors):
Monday – Sunday 09:00 – 23:30
 Supply of Alcohol (ON and OFF the Premises): Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 23:00
 Opening Hours:
Monday – Sunday 09:00 – 23:30
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website

Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 02/08/2025. All representations must be made in writing by the above date.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
