Application For Late Night Refreshment Licence

Notice is hereby given that Patty Perfection Ltd. has applied to Nottingham City Council for a Late Night Refreshment Licence for the premises known as:

Five Akhis
523 Alfreton Road, Nottingham, NG7 5NJ

The application seeks permission to serve hot food and non-alcoholic beverages from 23:00hrs to 05:00hrs, Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to make a representation regarding this application must do so in writing to:
Licensing Department, Nottingham City Council, Communities, Environment & Resident Services, Licensing, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH
or via email to General.Licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk no later than 4 August 2025 (28 days from 7 July 2025).

A record of the application is available for public inspection at the Council offices during normal working hours.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
