What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application

Donato & Paolo (Duke Street) Limited has applied for a premises licence at P&D Gran Caffe, Ground Floor, 78 Duke Street, L1 5AA for Sale of Alcohol (consumption on/off the premises) Monday to Sunday 1000hrs to 2000hrs. Hours open to public Monday to Sunday 0730hrs to 2000hrs.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation via liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively phone 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. 

Representations can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, L3 1AH. 

Representations must be received no later than 8th August 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
